POEMS album, released in 
February 2005 is a musical 
performance for the XXI 
century. Saturated with emotions 
and desires brings together 
harmony, melody and noise, 
pulsating rhythm and chaos, words 
and silence. The record's format is 
inspired by a formula of collection 
of poems, and especially by The 
Flowers of Evil (Les Fleurs du 
Mal) by Charles Baudelaire. Like 
earlier projects by Rh+, POEMS 
collapses boundaries between the 
musical and non-musical, and defies
simple categories. Traditional 
instruments: blockflute, violin, 
piano, often transformed 
electronically, hypnotic vocals, the 
arsenal of contemporary computer 
and synthesizer sounds, noises of 
daily use objects and industrial 
tools transport the listener from a 
concert venue inside a digital 
machinery, from the battlefield to 
the construction site and further: 
into an unknown space. The album 
will stun the listeners with the 
multidimensional, multi-layered 
sound of the future and past 
combined into 69 minutes of now.
